"We can speak of pollution in terms of the historical pollution of fascism, the historical pollution of war, the historical pollution of hunger in the world, the historical pollution of murder, the historical pollution that we people -- poor, oppressed people -- in this world all over have been subjected to for too many years. That pollution is the basis of the pollution of the nature, the world, the universe. The only solution to pollution is a people's humane revolution." – Bobby Seale

Within the last three decades plus, the demise of several sixties left radical icons [including Huey P. Newton's death in August of 1989; Abbie Hoffman 1991; Jerry Reubin 1993 & Eldridge Cleaver & Quame Turea in 1998], Bobby Seale, (the original 1966 Founding Chairman & National Organizer of the Black Panther Party & “The Eighth Defendant: of the Great Chicago ‘7’ Conspiracy Trial.) In effect, has become one of the last surviving architects of the most important social change movements in American and African American history, complete with his historic political courtroom trials of that era.

Taking to the stage with his lively charismatic and activist eloquence Mr. Seale illuminates the true sixties birth and youthful intelligentsia of the BPP. Unfolding the pragmatic unknown philosophical range of the sixties protest movement, ["…which grew out of student activism, historical class analysis, scientific research, and programmatic grass-roots community organizing. NOT street life hooliganism as COINTELPRO political conservatism continues to distort…"].

Mr. Seale transports the audience back to the turbulence of the late sixties and early seventies. A time when the activism of hundreds of thousands of protesters of many different ethnic groups created coalitions, which included young Black men and women selling hundreds of thousands of "THE BLACK PANTHER" weekly newspaper. Who created numerous community programs and registered thousands to vote, complete with law books in their hands and "legal" guns handy for self defense against racist and fascist police and FBI's planned COINTELPRO vicious overt racist attacks at the time. Today our right to self-defense stance is unheard of.

"Today you don't need guns,” charges Bobby Seale. "If you want to observe police brutality, use the technology. Network with thousands of cell phone video recorders [from Rodney King to Oscar Grant] and put it all on the Internet! Implement real people's economic parity and greater three dimensional direct-democracy complete with real people's community control of police and economics."

"Social change? Organizationally learn to think and act with a "...polylectic nonlinear view. Why? Because today we live in an over developed, fast-paced globalizing high-tech computerized scientific social order. Our ideas, beliefs, understanding and realizations must correspond correctly to reality. Teaching our youth the same for all people's earthly human liberation."

Defining himself as "revolutionary humanist" Seale brings the BPP/Sixties protest movement era full circle showing how times have changed. How we must reach for the future: Demonstrate, Protest, organize real peoples' programs and evolve a greater direct [participatory] community control democracy, void of racist, bigoted or chauvinistic practices. Void of all the extremes of global corporate exploitation. Complete with a profound cyber-space cell phone rights, science-based civil-human rights, and all people's ecological rights activism. Understanding how all civil-human rights issues today are interconnected intertwined, interdependent, and interrelated with ecological environmental problems, new-millennium political issues, and global economics.

Bobby Seale Producing “SEIZE THE TIME: The Eighth Defendant" feature film on Black Panther Party.

Bobby Seale is producing a feature length motion picture dramatization that will chronicle his legendary life as Chairman, co-founder and national organizer of the Black Panther Party. According to Bobby, "the narrative will follow the history of the Black Panther Party including the involvement of it's leading membership.

"What makes me feel proud of being a part of the history and legacy of the Panthers is the courageous and creative young brothers and sisters who helped organize it."

Bobby undertook the task of producing his own cinematic life story because of his frustration with movie companies who produce films about him without his involvement. "They usually contact me after they have made their film and often times expect me to endorse it. I feel obliged to do this until I see the final product."

Since the late 1970s, Bobby Seale has spoken to millions of people on college campuses, TV programs and radio stations worldwide. Audiences have been mesmerized by his charismatic speeches as he relates his personal experiences of a historical period that helped shape today’s politics. Now these experiences will be integrated into a feature film.

Most cinematic depictions of the Black Panther Party leave out the FBI's efforts to terrorize the Panthers through its counter intelligence program. This lead to Panther members being assassinated and legally framed based on the false testimony of FBI informants.

"There is an entire generation of young people who know nothing about how viciously the FBI attacked us and why. Even people of my generation don't know that J. Edgar Hoover said the Black Panthers Breakfast for Children program represents the greatest threat to America's national security.”

Through BobbySeale.com, LLC {Independent Film Production Division} I am raising development funds to produce “SEIZE THE TIME: The Eighth Defendant,” a feature length film dramatization that chronicles my life experiences as the founding Chairman and national organizer of the Black Panther Party and in turn the true history of the Black Panther Party.

“SEIZE THE TIME: The Eighth Defendant,” will tell the my true 60’s protest movement history and the true history of the Black Panther Party, giving those now and in the future an awareness of our history, as an example of how one should never give up the struggle for true liberation and freedom. Instilling and inspiring in them the hope that change is a possible and that, we the people, must proactively work to preserve our constitutional rights.

By purchasing books, posters, DVDs and memorabilia from my website you can help support my efforts get an honest film about my sixties protest movement history and the history of the Black Panther Party produced. Here is the link to that page: http://bobbyseale.com/html/orderform1.htm

Will Bainn Linked E Voting Machines Give Romney the White House?

A "mobile ballot box" by Hart InterCivic. Hart's machines are infamous for mechanical failures, "glitches," counting errors and other timely problems. (Photo: Stephen C. Webster)Electronic voting machines owned by Mitt Romney's business buddies and set to count the votes in Cincinnati could decide the 2012 election.

The narrative is already being hyped by the corporate media. As Kelly O'Donnell reported for NBC's Today Show on Monday, October 8, Ohio's Hamilton County is "ground zero" for deciding who holds the White House come January, 2013.

O'Donnell pointed out that no candidate has won the White House without carrying Ohio since John Kennedy did it in 1960. No Republican has EVER won the White House without Ohio's electoral votes.

As we document in the e-book WILL THE GOP STEAL AMERICA'S 2012 ELECTION (www.freepress.org) George W. Bush got a second term in 2004 thanks to the manipulation of the electronic vote count by Ohio's then-Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell. Blackwell served as the co-chair of the state's committee to re-elect Bush/Cheney while simultaneously administering the election.

The widespread use of electronic voting machines from ES&S, and of Diebold software maintained by Triad, allowed Blackwell to electronically flip a 4% Kerry lead to a 2% Bush victory in the dead of election night. ES&S, Diebold and Triad were all owned or operated by Republican partisans. The shift of more than 300,000 votes after 12:20 am election night was a virtual statistical impossibility. It was engineered by Michael Connell, an IT specialist long affiliated with the Bush Family. Blackwell gave Connell's Ohio-based GovTech the contract to count Ohio's votes, which was done on servers housed in the Old Pioneer Bank Building in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Thus the Ohio vote tally was done on servers that also carried the e-mail for Karl Rove and the national Republican Party. Connell died in a mysterious plane crash in December, 2008, after being subpoenaed in the King-Lincoln-Bronzeville federal lawsuit focused on how the 2004 election was decided (disclosure: we were attorney and plaintiff in that suit).

Diebold's founder, Walden O'Dell, had vowed to deliver Ohio's electoral votes---and thus the presidency---to his friend George W. Bush. That it was done in part on electronic voting machines and software O'Dell happened to own (Diebold has since changed hands twice) remains a cautionary red flag for those who believe merely winning the popular vote will give Barack Obama a second term.

This November, much of the Ohio electorate will cast its ballots on machines again owned by close cronies of the Republican presidential candidate. In Cincinnati and elsewhere around the state, the e-voting apparati are owned by Hart Intercivic. Hart's machines are infamous for mechanical failures, "glitches," counting errors and other timely problems now thoroughly identified with the way Republicans steal elections. As in 2004, Ohio's governor is now a Republican. This time it's the very right-wing John Kasich, himself a multi-millionaire courtesy of a stint at Lehman Brothers selling state bonds, and the largesse of Rupert Murdoch, on whose Fox Network Kasich served as a late night bloviator. Murdoch wrote Kasich a game-changing $1 million check just prior to his winning the statehouse, an electoral victory shrouded in electronic intrigue. The exit polls in that election indicated that his opponent, incumbent Democrat Ted Strickland, had actually won the popular vote.

Ohio's very Republican Secretary of State is John Husted, currently suing in the US Supreme Court to prevent the public from voting on the weekend prior to election day. As did Blackwell and Governor Robert Taft in 2004, Husted and Kasich will control Ohio's electronic vote count on election night free of meaningful public checks or balances

Hart Intercivic, on whose machines the key votes will be cast in Hamilton County, which includes Cincinnati, was taken over last year by H.I.G. Capital. Prominent partners and directors on the H.I.G. board hail from Bain Company or Bain Capital, both connected to Mitt Romney. H.I.G. employees have contributed at least $338,000 to Romney's campaign. H.I.G. Directors John P. Bolduk and Douglas Berman are major Romney fundraisers, as is former Bain and H.I.G. manager Brian Shortsleeve.

US courts have consistently ruled that the software in electronic voting machines is proprietary to the manufacturer, even though individual election boards may own the actual machines. Thus there will be no vote count transparency on election night in Ohio. The tally will be conducted by Hart Intercivic and controlled by Husted and Kasich, with no public recourse or accountability. As federal testimony from the deceased Michael Connell made clear in 2008, electronically flipping an election is relatively cheap and easy to do, especially if you or your compatriots programmed the machines.

So as the corporate media swarm through Ohio, reporting breathlessly from "ground zero" in Cincinnati, don't hold your own breath waiting for them to also clarify that the voting machines in what may once again be America's decisive swing state are owned, programmed and tabulated by some of the Romney campaign's closest associates.

Bobby Seale Speaking Across America (Part 1)

Bobby Seale takes to the stage with his charismatic and activist eloquence, illuminating the true sixties birth and youthful intelligentsia of the Black Panther Party. Bobby Seale transports the audience back to the mini-civil-war turbulence of the late sixties and early seventies. Defining himself as "revolutionary humanist", Bobby Seale brings the 60's protest movement era full circle showing how times have changed. How we must reach for the future: Protest, organize peoples programs and evolve a greater direct [participatory] community control democracy.

Bobby Seale Speaking Across America (Part 2)

Bobby Seale, in effect, has become one the last surviving architects of one of the most important social change movements in American and African American history. In this second part of Bobby Seale Speaking Across America, transports you to a time when the civil-rights anti-Vietnam war activism of hundreds of thousands of protesters of many different ethnic groups included 5,000 young Black men and women selling hundreds of thousands of "THE BLACK PANTHER" weekly newspapers. Who created tangible grass roots community programs and registered voters, with law books in their hands and “legal” guns handy for self defense against vicious overt racist attacks at the time. "Today you don't need guns!" charges Bobby Seale. "If you want to observe police brutality use the technology. Network with a thousand camcorders and put it all on the internet! And with it create realistic peoples economic parity & greater “direct” democracy complete with community control of police and economics."
